I think there's a marquis tool to help you with portions. It's been a long time nice I made art with Winpaint. I used to make lots of pixel art with it.

Am super sure There is alot of good tools and techniques I qould be using, but sadly my main focus is not in drawing, maybe one day. but now am alot more focused and pasionated with many other stuff.
